I want Mary to know that your office is conveniently located in Yreka and that I met you there a number of times to thoroughly review the liability policy for the ranch. With some experience many years ago in casualty insurance primarily as a fire insurance underwriter, I found you to be very astute, helpful, and friendly in answering my technical questions. Also, you and I were able to correct the list of properties and addresses and discuss the amount of coverage, etc.   Finally, you (as a broker) were prompt in reviewing the market of available insurers and making sure our premium was competitive, with a  high financial rating.

       I recently just expanded my business and needed liability coverage!! I was really overwhelmed by everything that went into this since I do not know ANYTHING about insurance.
